- No Visibility: A missing monitoring subsystem meant there was no visibility into the health or performance of the cluster.
- Unsupported Environment: The existing HPC environment lacked any formal support structure, putting operations at risk.
- Knowledge Gaps: A general lack of in-house knowledge about HPC and limited, poorly documented automation created major inefficiencies.

HPC Cluster Automation
Li9 developed a solution to fully automate the deployment and management of the 30+ server HPC cluster, including the build and compile process for their specialized weather software.
Centralized Automation & Monitoring
We integrated Ansible Automation Platform with Red Hat Satellite for a central repository of roles and playbooks. We also implemented a monitoring and logging stack with Grafana for crucial visibility.
